1.Introduction:

Double wall copper-brazed steel tubing(also known as the Bundy, double-wall pipe) is made of high-quality cold-rolled strip by the double-sided copper, rolled winding two laps (720 °) and brazing in the reduction  atmosphere. it has a high burst strength and good inner surface cleanliness, a good anti-vibration and fatigue-resistant properties. It is the best alternative to brass for its reliable performance. Comparing with brass, it has lighter weight, better performance, and lower price.

 

2.Usage:

Automotive and refrigeration industry used as pressure tube ,such as oil tubing, trachea, brake pipe, condensers, evaporators.

 

3.Standard:ASTM A254 ,SAE J527, GB11258-1998( YB-T4164-2007)
